We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

You may not systematically extract and/or re-utilise parts of the contents of the website without HINDT’s express written consent. In particular, you may not utilise any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract for re-utilisation any substantial parts of this website, without HINDT’s express written consent. You also may not create and/or publish your own database that features substantial parts of this website without HINDT’s express written consent.

When you place an order to purchase a product from hindt.gr, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product that is accepted by us when we send e- mail confirmation to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we dispatch the goods to you. These conditions of sale are governed by Greek law and, where applicable, European Union consumer protection legislation including Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights as implemented by Greek Law 4177/2013.

Please review our Returns Policy, which applies to products purchased from us. In accordance with Greek Law 4177/2013 implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of goods, without the need to provide any reason.

Our 30-day returns guarantee

Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item(s) and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

Items returned within the statutory withdrawal period

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the fourteen (14) calendar day withdrawal period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:

• where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we will refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred
• where you are returning an entire order, we will refund applicable per-item delivery charges and the per-delivery charge that you incurred
• we will refund only standard postage charges for items delivered outside Greece

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.
In the event of HINDT sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must return the original item to HINDT within 30 days. HINDT reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 30 days of the date on which HINDT confirms it will issue a replacement.

In accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU as transposed into Greek law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (for example an online training course) where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and their acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal. Where a withdrawal right applies and you exercise it within the 14 calendar day cooling-off period, we will refund the full cost of the item to you.

All prices displayed on hindt.gr are inclusive of applicable Greek VAT (F.P.A.) unless otherwise stated. We verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a product’s price is listed incorrectly on our website, and the correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.

When ordering goods from hindt.gr for delivery outside Greece, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. When ordering from HINDT, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Please note that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. For deliveries within the European Union single market, no customs duties apply; however, local VAT regulations of the destination member state may apply.

When you visit hindt.gr or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the website. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, in accordance with Greek Law 4727/2020 on Digital Governance and the eIDAS Regulation (EU) No 910/2014. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

These Conditions of Use & Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Greece, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights under European Union law. For out-of-court dispute resolution, consumers may also have recourse to the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Conditions of Use & Sale at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Conditions of Use & Sale in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
